Sara Crupe

Manager, PSO, Best Practices, ICE Mortgage Technology

Sara joined the ICE Mortgage Technology Professional Services team in January of 2022. With over 19 years of collective experience in mortgage, fintech professional services, and risk and credit management, Sara is well-versed in supporting the needs of lenders and financial companies. Having been a customer of ICE for many years prior to joining the ICE team, she has developed incredible knowledge and insight into Encompass™ as a user. Sara has also lead teams across the mortgage and fintech industry business lines at major banks, most recently at a global fintech company.

In addition to her experience leading complex projects with mortgage production teams, Sara is also experienced managing PSO consultants and large PMO groups. This is what lead her to leading the team of consultants on the Professional Services team, helping lenders to optimize their businesses with ICE.
