Refunds will not be granted after Jan. 31, 2024. Please allow up to two billing cycles for refunds to be reflected on your credit card statement.
Yes, conference substitution requests should be emailed to Experience@ice.com by February 23, 2024. Please include the name and email address of the original registrant as well as the substitute registrant’s contact details in your request. Please also note that pre-conference training sessions are on a space-available basis, and space is not guaranteed for the substitute registrant.

Yes. Black Knight’s annual client conference, Information Exchange or IE, is being incorporated into ICE Experience in 2024. By bringing the two programs together, we can provide our clients with an informative program that spans the full mortgage ecosystem.
No. The ICE Experience conference will deliver an informative program that addresses our comprehensive end-to-end solutions that support the mortgage ecosystem, including originations, servicing and secondary marketing – and the data and analytics that support each segment.
Yes. ICE Experience will feature a variety of sessions that focus on servicing technology, data and analytics as part of its two-day educational program. Additionally, the various servicing-focused forums and spin-ups will meet on Sunday, March 17 and Monday, March 18, prior to the start of Experience.
Yes. The various servicing-focused client forums and spin-ups will meet on Sunday, March 17 and Monday, March 18, prior to the start of Experience. These meetings will be offered at no charge to ICE Servicing clients. The forum and spin-ups schedule can be found here
Yes. The early-bird rate to attend this program is $995 which is available through Jan. 31. The rate increases to $1,295 starting Feb. 1. A discount of $250 per registration is available for companies who register four or more attendees.
The value of Experience is delivered during the two-day conference that kicks off on Monday evening, March 18, and runs through Wednesday evening, March 20. Experience offers a wide range of educational breakout sessions focused on topics that cross the mortgage ecosystem.
Prior to the start of ICE Experience, the servicing-focused client forums and spin ups will meet on Sunday, March 17 and Monday, March 18. There is no cost for Servicing clients to attend and participate in the forums and spin-ups. We hope all Forum participants also attend the Experience conference, which has the registration fees listed above.

Early Bird pricing is available until January 31, 2024. After this date, standard pricing will apply to all registrations.
Yes! Groups of four or more from the same organization will save $250 per person off the ICE Experience 2024 conference rate. (Note: Pre-conference training fees are not eligible for the group discount)
To receive the discount, please use the Group Discount code that will be on the payment summary page of your registration. Each team member may register separately or in a group, but they must use the same group code to receive the discount.
No. These expenses would be covered on your own and are not included with the conference registration fees. We do offer special conference rates for hotel reservations at both the Wynn and Encore Las Vegas. They can be booked at the time of registration on a first-come, first-serve basis.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Payment must be processed at the time of registration.
Yes! Confirmation will be emailed to the address you provide at the time of registration.
Breakout sessions will be posted by early January. The breakout sessions you want to attend can be selected at the time of registration, or they can be selected later.
To indicate which sessions, you want to participate in or to update your previous selections, click here and go to “Already Registered?” Then go to “Modify My Registration.” You will need your confirmation number from your registration confirmation email to make these updates.
The breakout sessions you attend are not limited to what you select during registration, and please note they aren’t available to select or reserve until early January.

Please select your morning and afternoon training session classes at the same time when registering for ICE Experience 2024.
If you would like to change your training session selections, you can modify (see how above) your registration or send a request to Experience@gpjreg.com by Jan. 31, 2024. We will do our best to accommodate any request for training class changes, but cannot guarantee session request changes due to limited seating capacity.
ICE Experience 2024 registration is required to sign up for pre-conference training. To attend the pre-conference training sessions on Monday, March 18, you must register for both the training and conference portions of Experience.

Hotel and Travel
Yes. Discounted room rates for attendees are available starting at $285 a night (single occupancy, not included taxes or resort fees) at the Wynn and Encore. Rates are available until February 23, or until rooms sell out (whichever comes first), so book early to get the lowest rate. Your feet will thank you later for staying close to the Wynn conference area.
Yes. These room rates are offered three days prior and three days after the event based on occupancy and availability.
Your ICE Experience conference registration confirmation will include a link to book your hotel selection directly. Make sure to book your room early before hotel blocks sell out.
Hotel room reservations for ICE Experience 2024 can only be made through our hotel reservation website. Reservations made through another source are at your own risk and are not recommended.

McCarran International Airport (LAS) is 3.2 miles away from the Wynn and Encore hotels. Business travelers choose from a variety of easy transportation options from LAS.

Miscellaneous
Please be sure to note any special needs or dietary requirements when you register for ICE Experience 2024. All special requests will be reviewed, and dietary restrictions will be shared with the Wynn catering team to ensure your stay meets your needs. Special dietary instructions will be provided to you before the conference to allow an easy way for you to secure your special meals on-site during the conference.
We are offering an evening event only guest pass for $250. The pass allows your guest, who must be 21 years of age or older, to attend the Monday Welcome Reception, Tuesday Happy Hour, the Tuesday Experience Party at XS Nightclub, and the Closing Reception at the Sunset Pool on Wednesday. Your evening event badge must be worn at all times.
