As Vice President of Information Services for Waterstone Mortgage Corporation, Heidi Roberts oversees Encompass LOS projects, Website and Application Development, Business Intelligence & Analytics and Technical Training. Before joining Waterstone Mortgage in 2013, Heidi worked for Mortgage Guaranty Insurance Corporation (MGIC) and has extensive mortgage industry experience. She holds a BS in Technical Communications from Milwaukee School of Engineering and also taught college web design and development classes for many years.
