Patrick Hellman is Executive Vice President, Home Lending Operations for Wells Fargo Bank NA. In his role, Hellman is directly responsible for leading the fulfillment for loans originated through the Retail and Correspondent channels from application to loan boarding to the servicing platform. Accountabilities include processing, underwriting, closing, insuring and servicing platform boarding routines. Hellman has 33 years of financial operations experience. Prior to joining WFHM in 2002, Hellman was vice president, operations manager at Wells Fargo Consumer Credit Group for two years. In this role, he was in charge of new business structures for centralized processing, remote document printing and centralized book and review. He also spent 13 years at Wells Fargo Financial Services in several operations, district and branch managerial capacities, including operations manager for the Wells Fargo Financial Services’ Centralized Collection Center in Des Moines, Iowa. Hellman is currently a member of the Academic Advisory Board for the College of Business Administration at the University of Northern Iowa. Hellman previously served as Board President for Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Central Iowa and has led the United Way of Central Iowa campaign for Wells Fargo locally and Wells Fargo Home Lending nationally. Hellman has held advisory positions for the Midwest Region and Central Iowa Black African American Team Member Networks. Hellman received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Northern Iowa. His personal interests include boating, hiking,snow skiing and other family activities.
